Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Letter Mail (No Tracking) Shipping
Economy (No Tracking) shipping is a budget-friendly option without tracking.
Delivery progress cannot be monitored once the order is dispatched.
As this is a non-tracked shipping method, we are unable to investigate or guarantee the exact delivery status once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Customs & Brokerage Fees

International orders may be subject to customs processing fees, brokerage fees, or other government charges depending on the shipping carrier and destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that some courier services may charge brokerage or handling fees even when customs duties are not applied. The carrier determines these fees and they are outside of our control.

Refused or Unpaid Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs, brokerage, or carrier fees, the order may be returned to us or abandoned by the carrier.
In such cases, original shipping costs and return shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or customs authorities.
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim where possible.
